People, hear me and hear me well! Be wise and take my advice and read the words that I list about this company, at least this location. I would not give ONE star rating to this company if I had the option. This company is THE WORST company because they run this business VERY unprofessionally and lack HIGHLY communication.



They rented us the truck and the guy who rented us the truck never stated ANYWHERE about a holiday. Since there is a holiday on Monday (Labor day), the office, to rent, would be closed, therefore, we would have to keep the truck until Tuesday, but continue getting charged for it.



By doing this, they could keep money rolling in for them while they choose to close for 2 days because of the holiday. This is a CROOKED way to roll money in for their business, ANY business... and in my opinion, these people are crooks!!! I advise you folk to stay AWAY and rent from another company if possible.



This company had a sign on the door that stated they closing for two days so people were going to be charged up until they open again....THIS IS WRONG!!!! This is a TERRIBLE way to run a business and to STAY in a business!!!!!!!! Budget rentals has lost our, and I hope many other people's too, business FOREVER!!!!!!
