Rick and JR came to the rescue! There was a muddy mess under the house and they had to contend with the mud. The leak origins were difficult to find due to the insulation on the pipes. They remained professional and pleasant. They never complained about the mud. They were able to find the leaks and repair accordingly. They were efficient in letting me know how to send the repair invoice to the City of Houston using a Leak Adjustment Request Form found on the City of Houston Website. I also learned that I could sign up for the new Leak Alert program offered through the City of Houston. Thanks so much!

I'm so glad to find an honest service company. I had two other air conditioning companies out and all they wanted to do was sell me a new air conditioning system. I called the Better Business Bureau and found Budget Home Services. They had a A+ rating. I gave them a call and they come out the same day and replaced the fan motor. That was all that was wrong with my air conditioning and it was less than $500.00! My house is cool! The service man told me that they also do plumbing and have free estimates in plumbing. From now on I will be calling Budget Home Services for all of my repairs.

I recently bought a used house that needed some plumbing repairs. I called one of the "Big" names in Houston for a quote on four faucets and 2 toilets. They quoted me over $2600.00! So I call Budget Home Services for a 2nd quote never telling them about the first. Their plumber arrived between the times agreed upon with a call first letting me know he was coming. "JR" looked at all the faucet and toilets and asked me about the kind I wanted. He then gave me a proposal for $1927.50. That was a savings of over $700.00. He returned the next day and installed all. Great Job Done!

I CALLED BUDGET HOME SERVICES AND THEY CAME THAT DAY! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL! THE BEST PLUMBER I HAVE EVER USED. WILL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND USE AGAIN. BETTER THEN ANY OTHERS I HAVE USED. I WOULD GIVE THEM A GRADE OF A PLUS, PLUS!

I awoke to water coming through my ceiling, turned out my hot water heater was leaking. I searched here and like Budget Home Service's ad. Upon calling I spoke to a very informative lady that asked several questions and gave me a price right over the phone. She was able to schedule me for later in the morning. Two men arrived on time and by early afternoon I had a new water heater installed. They were friendly and proficient, using drop clothes to protect my house and taking the old heater away. I hope I never need a plumber again, but if I do I'm calling Budget Home Services!

TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT:

I got 4 estimates to fix my plumbing. BHS was the cheapest. I guess you get what you pay for, or at least what you think you will pay for: 1. The 'salesman' looked me in the eye and PROMISED that the proposed price would be the price, even if more work was required. He even shook my hand on it. 2. I was told that they would use a camara-scope to make sure the lines were clear. 3. I was told the salesman would be there the whole time to supervise the workers. WHAT REALLY HAPPENED: 1. They waited until the point of no return to jack up the price. My yard was dug up and sluge was dripping out of the old pipes into a hole in my yard. THEN the salesman calls to tell me that it is going to be twice a much as the proposed price. 2. I took off work for 3 days, and NEVER saw him use this fancy camara he spoke of. 3. He stopped by for about 10 minutes on the first day of work. He didn't even have the grace or consideration to show his face to collect my payment. This company had me over a barrel. They waited until the point of no return to jack up the proposed price. After a heated conversation with the owner I was able to get the work done for about $2000 (800 more than what this "nice" salesman promised.

I would NOT recommend this company. They may say they'll do the work cheaper, but they don't keep their promises!
