These guys are conartists. The owner, Greg, and I reviewed all of my materials to be moved on the phone and he quoted me a price. When they showed up he changed the price up by $140. I asked for a driver's license. Only after the move did I review the picture of his license that I took to find out that it was only an ID, he does not even have a license to drive.

They showed up with only a trailer, not a truck. Then they moved extremely slowly until they decided to go to lunch. I met them at my new place after they took a 3 HOUR LUNCH break. Before giving me my stuff from the truck he asked for payment which included an hourly rate for the 3 hour break. I refused and he threatened to take my stuff. He SCAMMED me into more than twice the original quote. DO NOT USE THIS GUY, he is a worthless conartist that I would never let touch my stuff again. Don't trust Greg.

NEVER use this moving company!! They are horrible!!! They are unprofessional, dishonest, and horrible people. They don't have employees...they just hire day laborers and pay them little to nothing and then leave the day laborer stranded. They say they will charge the cheapest and give you a decent quote..and then they charge for pre-wrapping your stuff..which is part of moving. They say they will bring 3 movers and that is a lie. They bring 2 men and the man's wife (3rd man) who does absolutely NOTHING. They are scammers and they don't do a good job moving your stuff. My things were not protected and they are scammers. NEVER use them..you will regret it. They are rude and they are nothing but liars. Don't let the Christian fish on their business card fool you..there is nothing Christian about this husband and wife team. I regret using them for my move and will NEVER make that mistake again. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, the man threatened me. NEVER AGAIN. No one I know or see on the street will hear anything good about this crappy company.

This is by far the worst move that I have ever experienced. Several days before the move, I went over the layout and floor plan of my current residence with the company. I provided the description and number of items that needed to be moved. The whole point was to give the movers an idea of the scale of the move and allow them to staff the job with the correct number of personnel and appropriate truck size. Based on the type of items and number of items being moved, I was told there would be 3 men on the job. I was also told there would be an 18 ft. truck for the move. I adamantly expressed that I wanted the truck to be big enough for all of my belongings to be moved in one trip. The moving company assured me the truck would be big enough to move everything in one trip. The moving company also estimated the entire job would take 4 to 5 hours. I got all of this in writing.

When the movers showed up they were an hour and a half late. Two men and a woman showed up. At this point I was a little skeptical because I was told there would be 3 men. When I looked at the moving truck it did not look like an 18 ft. truck. It was a trailer pulled by a pickup truck. Later that day the female told me the lead person on the job let another crew use the 18 ft truck so they had to use the 15 ft. trailer for my move. While the 2 men were breaking down the beds the female was taping boxes closed. She also moved some boxes that she could carry outside. After about two hours into the job I did not think the move was far enough along as I would have hoped. Because I was paying by the hour I decided to start moving some of the boxes that were too heavy for the female.

After four hours into the move the trailer was already full. However I still had 4 dinette chairs, a computer desk, coffee table, lawn mower, edger, Christmas tree, a closet full of clothes, three TV’s, two book shelves, and 15-20 boxes that had not been moved. At this point I put several of the items into my own vehicle. Before we left to drop off the items, I got an updated quote on the job. When I saw the quote I did not agree with it because I did not get the services that we agreed upon. I told the person who gave me the quote that I did not get an 18 ft. truck. I did not feel I got 3 men’s worth of work because the female only taped a few boxes and moved boxes that she could carry. The move would have gone a lot faster if there were 3 men as promised. I also had to move some of the items because she could not move them and time was going by. When I told him I should not have to move items, his reply was “It’s your stuff”. I never imagined I would have to pay somebody and help them do the work. I also did not agree with the quote because there were too many items that were not moved due to the wrong size truck.

After several attempts to get him to lower the price, he said he would lower the price (by about $50) if I would help them unload items from the trailer into my new residence. I did not want to agree but felt this was the only way that he would lower the price. Once we arrived to my new residence there were two other men from the moving company that helped unload the trailer. Since I agreed to help unload I did so.

In the end I had to pay movers who did not provide certain services that we agreed upon. This move was not staffed appropriately. The moving trailer was not big enough for the items that we agreed upon to be moved. One mover was frequently on his cell phone while moving my belongings. I had to help them move items and transport some in my own vehicle. The move lasted a total of 7 hours. I paid the negotiated price, however only half of the items were moved. My wife and I had to move the rest of the items ourselves the next day.
