Kiddos to Helen RN. and Taylor CNA with SNF who Treated Me with Compassion with Passion. Your other CNA need a pep talk in Professionalism As I head several Negative remarks about her other patients And often referenced by the patient's name Most of these comments were made in the Dining Room on the 1st floor In the kitchen area Some of the comments were gross and uncalled for I heard one of your CNA's referred to their job description As they only reason they were there for to wipe Patients Butts Then worked responsible for other duties other than that If they're unhappy they need to seek other employment Suited to their Talentsts Other than that I was pleased with the service that was given at Brookdale Galleria
