ZERO Stars. This place is the worse place to live and this is why:

This property has many issues and that does not seem to go away. It appears clean and nice and the staff is nice to you until you start having problems that they cannot or would not fix. Below are some of the issues you may find here:

1- Common areas not clean; pet waste everywhere

2- Community Gates break very frequently and are not fixed for several days. This means that the gate is wide open all day and all night; which is serious safety risk..

3- Sometimes no one responds to emergency maintenance if a problem occurs after their office hours; which is another safety risk.

4- Appliances are uncomfortably loud. This includes the, laundry appliacnces, dishwasher and AC. If the HVAC unit happens to be on the wall adjacent to your bedroom it would be difficult to sleep.

5- Some apartments have mold, they fix it but it comes back again

6- I have a problem with dripping/knocking noise in my apartment in the bedroom-bathroom area that they have repeatedly promised to fix and have NOT done so yet. But they are good about giving you excuses.

7- If you want to report a problem I ADVISE you to report in WRITING!

8- Managers and staff recognize their shortcomings and become very defensive and flustered.

9- More than likely you will move in to a dirty apartment, with dirty fridge, stove-oven, closets, cabinets, carpet, bathroom etc. I have pictures of this.

10- Price keeps going up and up. You can find better and newer apartments for similar rents

I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I can't wait for my lease to end and move to a decent place where its livable.

11- You can hear your neighbor's noise.

12- Maintenance workers leave behind a mess, muddy shoe prints and sometimes their tools



DO NOT RENT UNIT 372!

I would give this place no stars. I've lived here for a year and absolutely hate it!! I can hear my neighbors above me walking around, management doesn't take care of issues that I have had in a timely manner (no hot water, a/c not working, plumbing issues, you name it). A few times when I have called to check the status, I was told there was never a work order put in! The reviewer that mentioned the rent hike, same thing happened to me. I wll NOT be renewing my lease here.

BEWARE! While the appearance and amenities seem nice, the management and rental hikes are not so nice. After living here a few years, and seeing how the management was prior to the current management, I would not recommend this place at all. With the new management, they don't seem to care about anything except money. I don't mind paying higher rent for good quality apartments/townhomes, as long as the customer service is also top notch, which it is not here. They are raising our rent several hundred dollars per month and refuse to work with us what-so-ever. We have never been late on our rent, never given them any problems. If you don't mind moving after your lease is up, or paying the ridiculous rate hike, and don't mind non-customer service oriented management staff, then this place would work for you. If those things are important to you, it's not worth it. Look elsewhere.....there are plenty of places in the area with competitive pricing and better management staff.
