Omg it is HORRIBLE!!! Went in at 8:45 to refresh a small part of front n back of my freestyle braids n hey didn't have it one person that knew how to do Freestyle.She started on my at 11:00 n stopped at 12:12 to let someone else do the back that had just told her she wasn't comfortable doing Freestyle. After I asked of she would be finished by 1:30 PM the girl said no because she was slow n uncomfortable going them. I thanked her for being honest n called Matu the Owner to let her know the situation. Oh I forgot to mention that the lil Lady that was doing my hair from Senegal stopped in order to do someone else's hair. So anyway Matu says the nice lady that attempted to do the back of my hair should be done in an hour but the lady told he no she wouldn't do I politely put my hair in a Bun n told them imma pay half n go to another Salon to get someone to finish it. By that time another lady comes upfront n says don't leave somebody is coming to finish it. Although the lady that came to finish is nice n pleasant I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS DIRTY UNORGANIZED PLACE AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 12YEARS....SMDH

I've been a regular customer for three years. And I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. The owner, Matu, exemplifies the epitome of customer service. She has a warm welcoming smile on her face with all of her customers. As she is very competent in hair braiding and very nice to everyone. The other braiding techs. are extremely nice and competent as well. If you want beautiful braids this is the place to go!!!
