This company is a joke. They claim the lo rate, but when you get your bill, it is extremely high. I transfered to a fixed rate plan with them, and they cancelled my service. When i called customer service, they had no explanation, so they had a supervisor call me, and wow, talk about a slowe fella. Anyhow, go with another Company, its well worth it....i am switching back to TXU, you cannot beat their customer service, and they have way better plans now.

Don't believe any promotion rates that you see on the internet. Bounce tacked on $23 bs charges to my bill, that I've never seen on any bills ever... DON'T DO IT. THEY ARE A SCAM i CANCELED THEM AFTER 1 MONTH I'm going back to Dynowatt., I was with them previously and I never had a problem with them.

Watch your bills carefully. I do on line banking and always make sure to have my bills there by the due date. I just noticed a late fee on my latest bill and decided to look back on my old bills. They all have late fees even though they have never been late. I called my bank who told me they make sure the funds are there by the due date or else they have to pay the late fees. I spoke to Bounce who told me that it is the banks fault. They are unwilling to do anything about it. I should not have to pay a bill a week early to avoid a late fee. I am pretty sure this is Bounce's way of making extra money. What seemed like a good deal in the beginning of my two year contract no longer seems that way. I will be moving forward to get my money back. I am hoping the BBB and the PUC will help. I will make sure to update my post as this saga continues.

I am new to the Dallas area an...

I am new to the Dallas area and I first had TXU since the people I spoke with had this electric co. The electric bills continued to climb for no reason until we discovered that the meter readings had been wrong. I decided to switch to Bounce and it has been the best thing I have done. This company is reasonable and their customer service is awesome. Keep up the good work Bounce!

Bounce is a huge rip off!!

DO NOT believe these reviews or what bounce says when it comes to their rip off rates!!! Long story short we did everything necessary and as needed to update our contract at the promised rate and the company kept fAiling to respond to my requests or calls to renew my rates as promised. Said I had to show proof of letters saying promised rate which I luckily still had, but Bounce did not honor as they said they would. They stated i had to speak with a supervisor who called during my work hours and didn't leave messages. This company is shady and not worth the trouble!

They WOW'd me.

I am a natural skeptic when it comes to big utility companies. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful they were when I ordered. I was moving into my first apartment since moving to Houston from Seattle - so I really had no idea what I should do considering that I had never had a choice when picking my electric company.



They walked me through all the options and I decided to sign up with them since the rates were good and they were the most helpful of the 5 companies I spoke to.



Got my first bill yesterday and it was nothing like I suspected. I kept hearing horror stories from my friends about their bills during the summer - I was pleased with mine.



So, thanks Bounce Energy. You made the process a lot easier than I thought it would be. Now, just keep it up.

Avoid this company

I originally signed up with Bounce Energy because they provided a renewable energy plan. This was very important for me. The day I called, it took me almost an hour to even talk with a representative who could sign me up for the service. I was a bit surprised since most companies are always eager to have your business. They offered me a rewards program that promised plane tickets, movie tickets, and bill credits.



Since the, whenever I have had any trouble with Bounce Energy, dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare. You will never speak with just one person, you will be transferred from department to department, and expect for your call to be "accidentally termiinated" when they put you on hold. I am on the verge of leaving this company. The only reason I am staying is that I move out of the area in 2 weeks. My most recent call to Customer (Dis)service was to express concerns about their rewards program. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, I spoke with 7 people and did not have a satisfactory resolution to my problem.



When shopping for energy providers, find anyone but Bounce Energy.

Great Company

I appreciate a company who thinks outside the box. I was moving and a ton of things to do including ordering my electric service. Didn't know who I was going to choose, but I knew that I was switching from Reliant. I did some comparing and in about 5 minutes found this Express Moving plan from Bounce Energy. Hooked up my electric service, changed my address and added me to the don't call and don't mail list (which i hadn't even thought of). But on top of all of that, got my first bill at my new place it was less than what my last bill was with Reliant with only 14 days of service on my last bill. It certainly pays to shop around.

Thanks for the Vacation Discount!

Ordered Bounce back in February. They have reasonable prices and I liked this friends fly free thing. To be honest, I thought it was a to good to be true and I would have to jump through 5000 hoops to get it. About 2 months after I ordered, I called them and after waiting on hold a while, I spoke a very nice lady who said I had to be a customer for 3 months before I got it. They could have told me that when i ordered, but oh well. I wanted to use it for my wife when we go down to Disney World. Sure enough, I finally got it and now my wife, kids and I are headed to Florida next month. Saved me about $500.

Lowered My Bill - Rock On!

The contract I had with TXU finally run in March. I switched to Bounce Energy and my bill dropped by more than half. It's awesome considering summer is here and my house is 3500 sq feet. Thank you Bounce Energy.
