I couldn't be happier switching to Bounce Energy. Stay away from this company. I used Amigo Energy for years. They were consistent at least. I decided to try Bounce Energy because of the low rate they were offering. First month my bill was 120. Second month my bill was 471. I called and the lady just laughed and said she understood why i was upset and cancelling. Also stated a lot of customers had been cancelling recently due to the same issue. Customer service is a joke. Bait and switch to the highest degree.

Save yourself the hassle and use another company. I have been a customer for 2 years and the service is horrible. Countless phone calls (I've literally spent hours on the phone) and emails to Supervisors, who don't respond, about my paperless bill not being sent. They draft my bank account but don't send me the bill. It also took 3 months and countless emails/calls to get my 6 month reward. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Bounce's Director of Cust. Svc. responded by saying that I should have called them again if I still wasn't getting my bill. Who does that?!?! This is by far the WORST SERVICE I've ever received!
