We had photos from 1870-1910 that were passed down to us. These were in very poor conditions
We were so pleased with her presentation we had her redo our pictures and were so extremely pleased. She brought to life our grandparents and great-great grandparents.
Thank you so much Bouchard we will be eternally grateful. I recommend they fully.

I had a very very damage photo almost fade from my parents and wondering who can restore it, I went to Bouchard's photo restoration and they did an amazing job and recovered details that had been lost from my picture. I was really surprised because nobody else could made the job as good as Bouchard's.

I had some work done by Bouchard's Photo Restoration and it was beautiful, 1st class work. The images of my grandparents came alive. It brought tears to my eyes when I saw them, knowing that the faded photographs that I had given her , were full of life again. Not only were they beautifully restored, but now I have some priceless memories to pass on to my children and grandchildren.

I paid Bouchard's $2800 to restore 10 photos which I later learned was very expensive. I asked for a CD of the restored digital images and was told I could not buy one even though I paid them to have these photos scanned and restored. They claimed I could only buy prints for $185 each. Then they said I could buy the digital images for $100 each. That would end up costing $1000 to download 10 digital images that I had already paid $2800 to restore. I said I only wanted two since I could not afford all ten. They said I had to pay for all ten...they would not download just two photos, Ha...twisting my arm behind my back. Then they changed their story again and said they do not provide digital images. I called around to other photo restoration business' and they all said they provide a CD of all restored images. Shady and unethical business!

Run Don't Walk away

Just so people know, I dropped off a picture a few months back to get restored but was told no worked was to be done until I paid the full amount. So I left the picture with them and forgot about it. I started getting calls to remind me about the time my father fell very ill and just didn't go by to drop off a check. Well then I went to the shop to get some more questions answered in regards to what the final project would look like. The guy working could only tell that it would be 100% better and that no work had been done thus far. I was a bit weary of them due to the constant calls and this sales guys quirkiness while answering my questions. I said, I wanted to get a few other opinions and I wanted my picture back. The man proceeds to tell me that they have finished 50% of it already and that he needed 25% of the full price. I asked for the contract and he very rudely told me to read it so I would see I owed him 25%. Well I new it already said I would owe 10% for canceled work and was fine with paying. I pointed this out to him because he hadn't a clue to what it actually said and he told me 25% or no picture. I again told him I had a contact that said different. He said No picture. This picture is one of the last pictures I have of my father flying his plane in Vietnam and is a family treasure. it was slightly damaged in our home in Florida during Hurricane Ivan.

If I were you I would not use this company as they in my opinion are very shady and seem to think they make up the rules as they go.
