This shop is ETHICS in action! Robert Cross gave me an estimate to repair hood damage which was in the ball park of the other two quotes I got from other shops. Unlike the other shops, Robert explained what service he was recommending and why. He explained the pros and cons of each of the options that were possible to make the repair. The other shops treated me like a number and a female who couldn't possibly understand complicated automotive concepts, therefore, the others gave me a piece of paper without consultation. Robert was different. He was in my corner, helping me analyze my options and making me feel confident in the choice I selected.

Here is why I referenced his ethics in my opening sentence. When I went in to pick up the car, he pulled my quote and said: "Your quote was for XX dollars. I estimated YY hours for painting but we were actually able to do it for fewer hours; therefore, your bill will be $100 less than the estimate." Robert is a 'straight arrow' and will never take advantage of his customers!! He partnered with me to get the best repair for a correct price. The repair was fantastic and the hood of my car is like "factory new." THANK YOU Robert and the staff at Body Pros!!!
