This is one of the worst car wash places I've been to in years. I selected the car wash second down from the highest available, $10. It included: spot free rinse, triple polish, tire shine, clear coat sealant, super dry, and a "soft" soapy cloth wash. To say the least all of the services I paid for were untrue. I drive up and a young Hispanic kid is working spraying one corner of my car with "bug remover." I drive up and it begins pulled my car through, as I'm moving I hear a crack and don't think anything of it. All the brushes and soft cloth are beating against my car making a horrible thud sound the whole way through.



As I exit the wash MY PASSENGER SIDE MIRROR is gone. The brushes completely knocked off my passenger side mirror. I go into the office upset but calm and state that their machine took my mirror off along with some accent stripping down the side of my car. The kid stands there and carelessly asks want me to get it? He comes back with the mirror with is broken into two pieces and says "Oh well, I guess it was loose or something." I lose it after that and ask for management. I get a "Management has left for the day."



I'm taking this up with corporate to fight this. I drive a 2009 Infiniti G35, this is something that shouldn't happen to a newer car. I'll update with the resolution.



Point being, if you care about your car DO NOT GO HERE.

This is a great carwash at a great price. The wash cleans better than any self serve or touchless carwash. You can't beat the unlimited vacuums and cheap price. Definitely sign up for the Endless Wave Tag for unlimited washes for a low monthly price. I got it for my cars and get my money's worth each week.

You cant beat a wash and dry for 5 bucks and the vacums are always very strong.

You will pay the same if not more if you go to a self service car wash.
