I used Blue Star Limousine for my wedding on 10/25/15 in downtown Houston. I rented both a shuttle and a limo (shuttle for guests, limo for bridal party, and then husband and wife after the wedding) The limo was where it needed to be and followed the contract we had in place - the shuttle on the other hand was terrible. The shuttle didn't follow the schedule/route we discussed beforehand causing our wedding to start 15 minutes late waiting for the rest of the guests to arrive - then was late picking guests up from the ceremony to bring them to the reception (by 30 minutes). This both delayed the reception as well, they were supposed to make 3 trips to get everyone over and the drive told one of my guests on his 2nd trip that 6pm (our cut-off time) was approaching and when that hit, he was done and not making any more trips (despite them being 30 minutes late to get people from the ceremony). I had to call Blue Star on the day of my wedding to try and sort of this out - and then when I got back from my Honeymoon and brought this up to them, they denied it and have done absolutely nothing about. Prices - Decent Service - Unreliable Customer Service - Non-Existent DO NOT USE IF YOU NEED TO RELY ON THEM OR HAVE A WEDDING PLANNER THAT CAN BE ALL OVER THEM FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY!!!!!!!

im so excited about booking with blue star limo. Jackie was very patient,kind and polite. After speaking with many limo companies that were dry and rude she made me feel comfortable with booking without even seeing the bus. Thanks Jackie and BlueStar Limo

This was my experience renting a limo/party bus. I rented the 18 pass party bus for my son's senior prom. The service could not have been better...from my initial phone call to the day of the event!! I spoke with Susie several times concerning the details of the event. Her customer service, attention to detail and professionalism was excellent every time. Susie took the time to make sure she had all the necessary information and confirmed it several times; something which was very reassuring to this "mom"! The party bus was fantastic! Spotless and with all the latest party "feel"! Their driver, Sid, was wonderful! So pleasant and professional...the kids thought he was great and LOVED the bus! This experience truly made for a perfect night and perfect memories. Would absolutely recommend their services hands down!!

The guys and I had a great time on the party bus for my Bachelor party, We will definitely use this company for my Wedding day .

the limos are so cool. my brest friend got the chrysler for her quince and it was amazing especially the tvs. it doesnt even look like those ugly tvs that stick out. then i got the party bus for my birthday and it was a blast me and my friends blasting the music. having dance contests on the pole. it was amazing! i want that bus again!!!!
