This company should not be used. We asked for a simple resurfacing. The original attempt was a disaster. We gave him two more tries to fix it and both of those were disasters as well. He became angry at us, and threatened to walk off the job. We tried to negotiate with him through the BBB but he ognored our attempts to do so. He has a BBB write-up on him. We then took him to court and won a judgment against him. He has refused to pay the judgment. We do not recommend that you consider using this company for nay type of pool repair.

Do not use this pool company. He ruined the resurfacing of our pool on the first attempt, and did the same in the two additional attempts we afforded him to make good on his claims. We tried to negotiate with him through the BBB but he ignored our attempts to contact him. We then took him to court and won a judgment against him which he refused to pay. His mild manner quickly turns to angry outbursts when you call him on his ineptitude. We have since had our pool repaired by another company and could not be happier. Unfortunately, we have yet to recover our costs with Mr. Blanco. Do not use this company, you will regret it.
