the person a lady who is in charge she is ungrateful ,pattetic arrogant

mexican girl is RUDE AS HELL. She has no personality whatsoever, I tried leasing here and she was just straight up, did not smile, did not hesitate on providing excellent customer service skills. she was doing racism with me and she looks fat ,ugly but she feels the prettiest woman . whatsoever she looks lesbian and without any education



If she wants to work with people she needs to be working at a funeral home instead.



Glad I did not move here.

I hope that that latin girl in the front desk gets fired soon b/c she has no human personality whatsoever.

Rate this review: the worse customer service and experience i been had in my life ,that lady needs to be fired or her wage needs to be the minimum 7:35 an hour that she deserve , after there i went to a complex behind them called: CEDAR BRANCH apartments and wowww what a tremendous change on feeling treating as a customer the lady right there treat me very respectful and she show me the units and specials they have and all units are remodeled so at the end i decided to stay here and sign my lease in here ,. i m sorry owners of the BLALOCK WOODS but you should fired this lady or she needs to work on legends on memorial apts , this will be perfect place for her. my recommendation not rent here.
