Let me start by saying they messed up my order twice both being different occasions but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I ordered again for Mother's Day and when my mother received her flowers they looked like they had just been thrown together quickly and were no where near the same as the arrangement I seen online. So, I called them to let them know I wasn't happy and sent them a picture of the arrangement that was delivered. The lady stated she would call me right back and I never received a call but I did get an email stating to call her first thing in the morning. The next morning I call and was told I would be called right back and 2 hours went by so I called again and was rudely addressed by Trish. I don't recommend anybody to use this flower shop. They are very unprofessional and over priced for crappy arrangements.

Professional, Check, on time and follow-through, check, prices are competitive, check, personable and know their craft, check, and everthing in between check, check, check. Blackshear's Florist in Northshore is worth every penny and everyone will be happy with the result and the most flexible people, company and direction I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I'm hooked for life. This is the new "Go to place" in Houston, TX and I will only work with Blackshear's Florist for life. Thank you, thank you, thank you. They go above and beyond. You are the best for birhday gifts, Mother's day, ideas and they are not just a Florist, but you are not just anyone to them, you are somebody and makes you feel like you are talking to a friend and that is the best.
