The employee's at Grifpols are all courteous and polite.

They are wonderful people omar is really helpful
And morris made me laugh when I was nervous about getting sticked

Very friendly staff they move at a great speed and very professional with donors and always kind to us all soon as we come in the always tell you good morning abd always have a great day love coming here

The wait time for new donors takes bout 8 hours, tho you can leave and comeback once done with paperwork, they only have about 8 workers BC no one will give a effort to work there, people complain about the dumbest things if you don't want to wait get a job or stop whining a 6-8 hour wait is nothing especially when u have nothing to do. If you want it to go faster get a job there and stand on your feet for 12+ hours then tell me in a week why you're going so slow. I recommend to anyone that's not lazy like these 4 people that don't even probably work

I went 2x the forst time was about 8 00 am they told me over the phone that they dont make appointments,but if i came within the hour i woukd be fine. When i got there at 835 am they said it wasvto late. The second visit got there at 7 30 am by,11 30 am all they had done was have me fill out the paperwork. I left , 4 hours i sat there with only paper work filled out. Someone needs to do something. Now iam looking for another place to donate. I thought i was doing a good thing. Turns out the staff must not think so

4hrs just to fill out application. 3 1/2 more to finish. This place has HORRIBLE management and coordination.

I have had so much trouble with this place i would never reccomend it to anyone i rather go out my way to a further one.

They are not a company of their word they change thier hours of operation on the feelings of the employees that day. They say you can come in at a certain time then when you arrive at that time they won't see you. Horrible experiance not once attempted but thrice attemted.
