Ok. So errors occasionally occur. Right? I get that. When one does occur, though, what does the consumer expect? They expect the company to make resonable efforts to correct the error in one form or another regardless. Customer satisfaction, right? Good BUSINESS SENSE!



Not at Big Texas Pizza N More on S. Kirkwood, Houston, TX. We recieved the wrong pizza & called to politely ask that they correct the error. The pizza that was delivered not only was the wrong size but also had ingredients on it to which family members are allergic. We wouldn't order a pizza that is going to possibly land someone in the hospital! How hard would it have been to apologize that there was "a mistake" (neutral) and offer to either replace the pizza or refund the pizza. (happy customer spreads word) Not hard at all. What happens instead? Instead of reasonable efforts being made, the manager ARGUED with us (literally ... with raised voice) saying it was what we ordered and REFUSED to make ANY EFFORT to correct the error (exchange, refund, coupon, something?). (lose customer, maybe more) Customer satisfaction? No. Good business sense? I don't think so. Will not be doing ordering from them again.
