I have been waiting four weeks for a part from the manufacturer. Each time I have called Big Kountry, the part is on back order. I called today and the computer is done. They called the mfg and their computers were done, how ironic. I will never recommend this company to my worse enemy. The person answering the phone was not friendly or professional. They have lost a customer.

7 weeks I have been working with this company
and a warranty company to get my frig repaired. It's still not working. This company sucks!

My repair service was wonderful. When I called in to schedule service for my washer the rep was nice and very helpful. She helped me get in the schedule fast. When Juan came out he took a look at my unit, he informed me what was wrong and gave me quote. After 5days I finally have a good working washer. Thanks Big Kountry Appliance and Mr.Juan .

Manuel was a great technician. He made the repairs, cleaned his mess, and was very nice to answer all my questions. Thanks I'm washing again!!!

SCAM COMPANY AT IT'S FINEST. Parts were charged individually when it was a kit. The kit was $125. I was charged $279. I went to use my dishwasher and it did not work. Paid over $500 to fix a dishwasher? I do not know who gave them 5 stars it must be the owner and friends. I will be in touch with my credit card company, BBB, Angie's List. They will give you an estimate on a napkin. They are paperless for a reason. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN JOKER COMPANY.

This is the WORST appliance repair company I have ever used. My dryer has been broken for 3 months and they have used every excuse in the book. Look at the reviews on YELP, I wish I had.

Love the attention I received and the price was reasonable. Will continue to use their services.

I was referred to them by a friend and I'm glad I did I received excellent service from the office staff who answered all my questions to the tech who came to my home. He went the extra mile to fix my refrigerator. He understood the importance a refrigerator is to a family. Thank you Big Kountry Appliance.

This company has very friendly staff. They always provide me with an ETA on part and schedule asap. No complaints and do not overcharge

Would not recommend at all. Not only were they slow, but they charged me over $300 for a part that was replaced for free by LG. I called LG myself to find out that they paid almost $500, and expedited the part. In addition, they covered part of the labor so I should have only owed $69. When I called them they had a story about that being their usual cost. Would definitely go somewhere else. Too many honest places out there to deal with these guys.
