They don't do preventative maintenance. That is why their apartments sucked! Just moved in 2 months and I suffered 2 plumbing issues. First, their pipes on the outside were clogged when I moved in. Now, their pipes burst or leaked and there was no hot water. Water from outside flooded my toilet, closet and kitchen. Because there was no drainage, water not only flooded my apt but also my neighbour's.

Also when the tenant upstairs took his shower, water came down from my toilet's ceiling. There seems to be no end in plumbing issues. The maintenance guy came to fix them but he does not seem to know the root cause of the problem. All he does is fighting fire everyday. Why? Because the buildings are old. They did not do preventative maintenance as I said at the top of this review. There will be no end to this nightmare.

So my advice to would be tenants, do not even consider moving in. Just skip this company. Apparently, there was a change in management recently. But nothing really changed! Only cosmetic changes but the company is still rotten to the core. Avoid BGI at all costs. Basically, they are lousy, terrible and incompetent. All they want is money. But they don't really care about the tenants. Avoid this company unless you are desperate for an apt. It is just not worth it. Look elsewhere. There are better and cheaper apartments nearby.
