Provided by YP.comI was a victim of a break in of a motor vehicle and of cousre the Thug got my iphone. I have made a lot of purchases at this Best Buy since 2005, so I called the manager Stu for his help. Att wanted to charge me $399.00 for an early upgrade. Since was such a good customer to my surprise Stu was able to help defer the cost of replacing my phone by getting a $200.00 gift card for me. Miguel set up my new phone and was very helpful. I will also be purchasing a new digital camera that was stolen from my purse as well. People don't believe me that I had this experience from one of the big chains...guess it pay to be a loyal customer!!! Thanks Best Buy see ya for my Christmas purchases.
