Provided by YP.comHorrible experience at this location. Purchase a laptop and was told to pick up 4 days later. Went back to the store and of course the laptop wasn't there, and came to find out that they never placed the order. Customer service was horrible because I was told to pick up the laptop but I never got a phone call to let me know that my order had not yet arrived. The reason I never got a call is because they took the payment but never placed the order. When I asked for the store manager they told me he wasn't available. I just ended up canceling the order.
