Bernadette Williams is an extremely thorough psychiatry doctor. She listens to me as if I'm the most important patient in her day ...I should be in private session. I have no complaint whatsoever with the doctors within this facility. However, the front office staff member has degraded my mental health straight to my face and over the phone. She refuses to transfer me to speak to the individuals I need to contact for specific issues. She purposely announces my weight to the entire waiting room. She will NOT allow me to complete a sentence nor thought. She is vindictive and should NOT be the first person a mental health patient should need to be dealing with upon arrival. I refuse to be degraded. I refuse to be threatened. So ...Bernadette Williams -excellent excellent provider.

Staff - I would never recommend this facility if I was basing it on staff members.

Terrible nurse. WARNING!!!!!!! My previous review disappeared. ??? Over prescribes medicine. Another doctor asked if my son had experienced brain damage while seeing Bernadette Williams.
