Claudia and Lydia really helped me early on a Monday morning. My only pair of glasses broke over the weekend and wouldn't be ready for 2 weeks. Claudia finally came up with making me a "frankenstein" pair of glasses with different parts of other old frames to help get me through the next two weeks. Claudia did her best to get me back on the road.

Have been a patent for a long time, New Office is great and service good as always.

I have been seeing Dr. Hall for 8 years now and appreciate his quiet and calm personality. He is straight-forward with answers and never tries to convince you to do something if it is not in your best interest. I have a special needs child that requires patience/understanding. Dr. Hall and staff go beyond in their customer service.

Love Dr. Hall, but don't expect to get your glasses back in 7 - 10 business days as promised. And don't expect them to call you back.
