The ladies helped me select the proper pair of safety glass and were very nice. To survive as a business customer service and politeness are critical this group of young ladies have demonstrated this very well. I will return with any eye wear needs.

Berkeley at The Shops Downtown provides exceptional service. They have worked me into their busy schedule for emergency appointments (shingles on my eyelid; a piece of a torn contact lense that I thought was stuck in my eye.) All staff members are professional and efficient. Dr. Hollas is very good and caring and with his patients. Excellent place to receive eye care.

Dr. Hollas and his staff were extremely helpful and all of my concerns and questions were addressed. The examination was very thorough and yet still managed to move along very efficiently. When it came down to understanding insurance costs, the staff helped me to make the most cost effective decision as it related to coverages of contacts and glasses.

Very quick and easy process. I was delighted by the service.I had an eye exam and ordered glasses. They took a lot of time explaining everything to me.

1st time patient and I WILL be back! Cordial, friendly and most importantly helpful staff! I asked about Lasik and the doctor was very informative and took time to go into detail about the procedure.

I have lived in 5 states in 15 years but have never had service like this. When I walked in the door I knew this was the place I wanted to be. Very attentive, they did so many things to make sure my appointment went well and Dr Hollis is the best I have ever seen. He really cares and so do I about Berkeley Eye Center!!

I went in for some new frames and lenses, and was helped immediately. The chick who helped me out, a younger black chick, was incredibly nice. I arrived 20 minutes before they closed, but she was not rushing me. I was conflicted between two different frames, and she helped me pick out ones that looked the best. She told me which lenses would be best for what I was looking for. She was amazing. I would recommend anyone to this location.

When you enter this office, they make you feel like you're at home. I've been a patient for 15 years and the hospitality is awesome. Karen and Dr. Hollas are a great team together and I will continue to visit as often as needed and will highly recommend this office to all my family n friends because I've always received exceptional welcome n service. 5 points for Griffindor!!! The staff was friendly, professional and took care of me. I was visiting from out of state and came in for an inflamed left eye and they got me in within the hour. Dr Hollas was excellent and zeroed in on my problem and went the extra mile to make sure I got my eye drops straight away and even gave me his cell phone just in case I needed to call him during the remainder of my stay. Gave me real peace of mind. Thank you!

The Shops Downtown doctor and staff are very thorough and customer oriented. I had an urgent issue and they went all out to service me. I will definitely make them my primary eye care center.
