Got a used car for 1700 gave 1400 dwn, never got copy of any agreement,I drove it 3days when it blew up and I paid to have it towed to him for repairs,he said itd cost me 200,after I received car he suddenly charged me 700 after I told him the car is still having problems &I want my $back. it kept dying at lights &on the fwy. & more, asked for refund he refused I only had the car for 2 wks on wk 3, I almost got hit by a bigrig on the fwy after car died I got the car off the fwy by starting it and hitting the gas off and on to the exit. I called for for help I am in fear for my life driving this car, he hung the phone up on me after stating I bought a cash car (which by the way I was making payments on). it has been sitting in my Moms for months,I've asked repeatedly to get it and to give my $ back he said that I would need to tow it to him with no refund. basically I paid 1400 for a junk car that is taking up space on my moms land and he wants me to pay for it to be towed back to him.
