Terrible service, took my car in and vehicle was still under warranty. The owner received payment from warranty company but didn't do all the work they were paid. Please don't be fooled by these 5 star reviews. . The truth is this company shouldn't be in business.

It should be a law against ripping people off. I just moved here and wanted to have my AC diagnosed why the air compressor wasn't coming on. They were adamant about taking me home (40 minutes away) to wait while they diagnosed my suv. The next thing I know the $89 became $2600 fixed.



WTH!!! I didn't give my consent to fix an compressor that's going to cost over $2 thousand dollars and I'm just arriving to Houston 3 days in.



Sam was not happy with me asking him why did he work on my car without my consent and acted as if I'm the one with the memory problem and he was doing me a favor by not charging me for a damn hose.



Ok, after leaving their place I drive back home, notice power steering is stiff, it's low on fluid, a man waved me to pull over, gas is pouring out of my car!



The Benz dealership in Georgia gave me the green light to drive to TX, now I have a messed up suv.



Just heed warning if you are a female!!!

This shop is a gem. HONEST, QUICK, AND PRICED RIGHT!!

I needed new brakes on my Mercedes. I thought it would possibly be front and rear. Based on past experiences at other shops.

When I got to Benz By Blair they quickly took me back to my job in their courtesy shuttle. Couple of hours later they called me back and told me that my car only needed front brakes pads & rotors. I asked them to add an oil change in the process.

I took it in at 9am. They said they would have it done by 4:30pm. Sure enough, they called me at 4:00 all ready to go!

PS: They could have told me the rear brakes were bad too, but were honest. They told me that I have few more months before needing rear brake work!

I have been using BbyB for YEARS now, through both ownerships and my many Benz's. I have no desire or need to go anywhere else - I believe these professional folks do excellent work and bill me fairly.

Working on a fine car is complex - they always tell me whats going on and my options for repairs and parts. Honesty is a given!

As long as I drive a Benz, I will go to Sam and Paul and the guys working for them! David, Byron, etc.....

PS - David is a Blair so the family tradition continues....
