This is the best Parmesan I've ever had. Since it came in a packet, I wasn't expecting too much. I got it at Puccini's Smiling Teeth in West Lafayette, IN. It is full-flavored and strong like parmesan should be. I just wish I could find it in the Lansing, MI area.
