Horrible place! I got a mani/pedi. The woman rushed through the process. I have natural nails and keep them fairly short. She cut my nails above the fingertip ridges and they were crooked. My toenails were also done poorly. The polish was thick and sloppy. When I complained, all of a sudden no one understood English. Never, ever go to this place. If you pay one dollar, it is one dollar too much.

This is the worst place to ever get your nails done. I went 3 times and 3 times they screwed up my nails. They cant get my nails rounded like I want them. Then today I went in and was charged $10.00 more than the last time. I will NEVER go back there again. THEY JUST PLAIN SUCK!!! Don't let Annie or Kim do your nails or anyone else there.

This place is TERRIBLE! She rushed through all of my services,Mani, Wax and Pedi. Refused to listen to me when I kept trying to tell her how I wanted my nails done. She just kept saying I know , I know, I know! But she didn't know and she did them all wrong. I had my legs waxed and she did it all wrong and left so much hair behind, I still had to shave my legs. The UV dryer was filthy and disgusting and I had to ask her to wash my hands as they didn't tell me do, which is the norm. She hurt me while filing my finger and toe nails,then , they told me 25 for my daughters nails. When we checked out, they charged me 35 for her nails,she is 10, saying that this thin silver line they drew on top ,which they never asked me to do or told me anything while they were doing it was 10 extra. I left feeling practically violated, treated rudely and completely unsatisfied. I will NEVER go back!

This is a diamond in the rough! You know when you are watching T.V. and all those Orange county girls have those perfect shiny french manicure nails and you're like why can't my nails look like that well this shop can do it for you. When i first started coming to Bella mare i lived 2 minutes away and there was 3 girls on the far right who really knew there stuff: I mean once who come here you'll how your nails are really suppose to look and be done I now know other nails shops are slacking on the work for funky higher prices anyways became clinged to Emily because she was so nice and RESPECTFUL. Well the shop changed hands but still had the same upscale eminence except the girls no longer wear all white and the manager is walking around making sure your happy all they need is some wine. This was my total relaxation place quiet ,smells good not like chemicals and they were very friendly and clean I mean clean. So when you go leave the kids at home and don't take any loud friends and never walk out without trying there European pedicure. It's best to make an appointment trust me. My nails would last for a month if needed so.
