SUMMARY: Mr. Shipley was refunded his money in full. Additional facts: Mr. Shipley came to our store after hours and did not leave an address or telephone number where he could be reached. The only contact information he left was an email address. We emailed Mr. Shipley twice to discuss his order, but did not receive any response back from him. We believed that Mr. Shipley would contact us upon receiving our emails and when he did not respond to these email, we believed that he would be in touch with us within a reasonable time to check on his order to discuss. Efforts to contact Mr. Shipley were unsuccessful. Mr. Shipley waited nearly 4 months to contact us. When he called, we determined that the email address we had for him was incorrect and although we believed we were communicating with him by email, he did not receive our communications. When Mr. Shipley eventually met with Bella Becho, we promptly issued him a full refund and apology. We regret that Mr. Shipley’s did not receive our highest standard of excellence by which we are known. This entire situation could have been avoided had we had his telephone number and address. We have instituted new procedures where all new orders are required to have multiple contact information. This has never happened to us before and we will strive to ensure that it does not happen again.

My name is Deborah Karchmer and at Bella Becho, we take pride in our reputation. Unfortunately, our company is the victim of a fake review. We believe this review was created by one of our competitors. This fake review has appeared on several websites under the name of Uri Randall and the same statements were posted to our Facebook page under another name. Customer relationships are very important to me. I founded the company in 2007 and over the years developed great relationships with many happy customers who regularly reorder products because of or product innovation and commitment to customer service. On our webpage at www.bellabecho.com, you can find a link at the bottom of the page under “Testimonials”. If you click on this link you will see compliments we received by email from real customers. Please read them and judge for yourself. I never spoke with “Uri Randall” at any time and we never did any business with “Uri Randall”. I went to Facebook and reviewed the Facebook photo page of Uri Randall and can confirm that I have never met with this person. I have searched my emails and never received any email from Uri Randall whatsoever. We are a full service book bindery and we know how to create a beautiful foil stamped thesis.
