NOTICE: Every 2016 review is 1 star. Don't take your pets here.

Do not take your pet here! The first experience was good ... But after the initial stay, the services paid for are not delivered. On two separate occasions I've found this out. The first time I attributed it to a mix up. The second time it's clear its their business practice.

When I picked up my pup I asked for her bed and toys that were dropped off with her. I went in back to help look for her things and I saw the kennel she was in - just a food dish, water dish and hard concrete floor. NOTHING ELSE!

They eventually found her bed in a closet, her toys were found in a bag and had never been taken out as they were still stickered from drop off.

They don't give you a copy of the bill until after checkout... Be warned you will be overcharged and they will blame it on the computers. When I asked for a refund I was told they didn't know how so they would issue a credit to my account. When I asked to apply the credit, the owner told me no credit existed and I had to argue for it.

I have seen her yell at employees in front of customers - not sure how I feel about upset employees taking care of my pup when they are ticked off at their boss.

I was grateful and blessed to be given the opportunity to be a kennel tech there with no experience not know what I was getting myself in to. I've never worked at a kennel/doggy daycare before but there were some things that I was sure just weren't right. My time there I've questioned a lot of things. I guess because I'm a dog owner myself. There are clients that pay for full day or half day daycare for their dogs and their dogs don't go because the daycare handlers kick them out for whatever reason so the dog is in the kennel all day and they still take the money without informing the clients what happened. It's like being in jail. Just go out to use the potty and back in the cage they go. Not getting your monies worth. PJ the owner is very mean and very rude to her employees. She's lost a lot of good workers due to her ways. She told me she didn't want me talking to the clients about their dogs but I was the one dealing with dogs from 7am-1pm. I would have to sneak and tell the receptionist and I'd hope for PJ not to be around so the receptionist can let the owner know. The groomer is unreliable. She would have grooming appointments and wouldn't show up or just wouldn't do it. She would want the kennel tech to be responsible for bathing and blow drying the dogs or she would just leave. She has inexperienced people clipping and grinding nails. I unfortunately was one of them. No professional training at all. I started refusing to do so. I use to wonder why the small dogs didn't want to be in daycare no more...why would they always try to escape until I found out that PJ told one of the daycare handlers John Osborn that you have to talk and treat the dogs like they're slaves. I knew it was time for me to go. I didn't want to be apart of anything like that. There have been so many incidents with aggressive dogs in daycare there and PJ has been unapologetic about them to where she has lawsuits against her. She still allow aggressive dogs to come that bite.

I have taken my dog there for ...

I have taken my dog there for over a year. Until recently, i have had no problems. In fac,t i have referred several people. Yesterday, my dog was attacked by 2 other dogs resulting in significant injuries requiring staples. The owner was unprofessional, unapologetic and confrontational. She tried to place blame on my dog even when the kennel techs involved all agreed that my dog was not to blame. There was another instance a couple of months ago as well. I talked to the owner at that time and she agreed changes needed to be made at the daycare. Unfortunately, I dont think things have changed at all. I will no longer take my dog there.

Piece of Mind for Pet Owners

This facility is very clean and has a professional staff. I would highly recommend and pet owner to visit or call for a tour. You will be impressed.

neighborhood user

I live a few blocks away from this kennel and watched it as it was built - I have left my two little ones at another facility in the area and decided to try this one out since it was so much closer - am I glad I did - the facility was very clean (no odor) the staff was extremely helpful and my pets love going there - after one stay I had my feelings hurt by my pets because when I went to pick them up, after saying hello to me they went back to the door that led into the kennel and wanted to go back in - as a pet owner there is not any better feeling than to know your pets really do enjoy being at the place you entrust with their care while you are away - you feel the caring when you are there - glad they came to our neighborhood

home away from home

we love this place!

it's like taking your kid to their favorite aunt's place- our four-legged boy loves it and the staff.

every pet's behavior tested- and that makes for happy group play sessions.

he comes home happy and relaxed and if he needs a good groom- that's there too.

pj is in charge and she loves our boy like her own. it's a place where we never worry about what's going on because the folks care as much about our dog as we do!

HIGHLY recommend bed and biscuit!

wonderful pet and pet owner-friendly business!!!

the staff coddles each client--- great indoor play area with cushioning- perfect for doggies with knee issues.

great grooming! what's really neat is the do-it-yourself bath option, which saves your own home from the aftermath of a dog bath.

reasonably and competitively priced, but most of all, it's the people who really care about the companion you love!

Doggie's Delight!

I recently took my miniature schnauzer to Bed & Biscuits Pet Spa for grooming. Her haircut is fabulous! The staff was extremely patient and gentle with her and their hours are convenient for early drop-offs on workdays. I will definitely be returning for many haircuts in the future.
