Do not go here they sell nothing but lemons and have the worst customer service...sure they will roll out the red carpet when your buying a car but trust me within weeks you be in the shop...and their complemtary loaner car, ya after a week of them having your vehicle you might get one. Also go in for an oil change and they will mess something up in your car just so you have to come back...horrible horrible place never go here

I brought my car in for a recall, my wait was from 2:45 p.m. - 5:45 p.m., but I didn't mind the wait because everyone was very professional, caring and kind. Even Mr. Beck stopped by the waiting area to see if we (the customers) had been helped and were alright. Although we weren't formally introduced, I knew it was him, because he was dressed different from the other employees and his demeanor was that of a Boss. It is very rare that you attend a business and the Owner will stop his/her busy schedule and come by the waiting room to say hello. This makes customers feel more comfortable. This dealership has got several additives to make you feel at home, i.e., fresh coffee, water (ice cold in individual bottles) and fresh baked cookies. There was another time that I was there and they had customer appreciation with Bar-B-Que and sides to go with it and as the customers entered into the dealership, they were told to go to the conference room and help themselves. I been to other appreciation benefits and by the time the employees finished, there was nothing for the customers. There has only been one other car dealer that I've visited in pass years, that I had this much confidence in and it is gone out of business.

This has been one of my best experiences for buying a vehicle in years.

The service was amazing; everyone was very helpful in making what can be a stressful decision calming. I was able to provide them with all of my information so I knew ahead of time what was affordable for my budget. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Buying my truck at Beck & Masten was a great experience. The

salespeople that I worked with, Shane Lewis and Melynda Distler, were

exceptional. They made me feel like family, doing their best to make sure

each of my needs was met and exceeded. Melynda, especially, went above and

beyond my expectations as a salesperson. She has answered countless emails

in a timely manner. She has even responded to my concerns even two months

after my purchase. I feel like she truly cares about my satisfaction. Beck &

Masten also offered me a price and option package that was affordable for my

limited budget. I had window tint, running boards, and an alarm system

installed on the new Sierra that I purchased, and each was a quality

installation. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
