I was interested in selling my 2004 Dodge truck and made an appointment at Beck & Masten. Wayne promptly met with me and got the process started. Within no time he came back with an offer that I was happy with. The whole process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend Beck & Masten for their outstanding service.

We took our 2016 conversion van in for minor things and we took photos of the mileage and were shocked that they put over 600 miles on it. Shady people here form the General Manager on down. He didn't even have the guts to face us but thats ok because the police did. We filed a report on them. Be careful here.

A month ago, after much research online, I went to Beck and Mastens north to test drive a 2011 La Crosse. Larrick French took us for the test, was very knowledgeable of the car, answered all our questions without undue pressure. After testing other cars at other dealerships we ultimately bought our car from Larrick at Beck and masten. What a great experience!!! Mom got the car she wanted, the deal was made just the way we wanted and Larrick was a joy to work with. Thank you so much Larrick for your honest courteous and knowledgeable service. We will be recommending you and your dealership to everyone who asks. ...............I can't say enough about the honesty of this dealership. One month after buying the car, the battery died, I called Larrick and he and his supervisor made good on the new battery. When Beck and Mastens north and larrick French tells you it's Buick certified ...they mean just that. Thanks to all who made this a great experience.
