PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! This store will tell you that they do exchanges if you buy the wrong thing or to much of something but they don't. They don't do refunds at all & when you try to do an exchange they tell you you can't because it's on sale. "Everything" is on sale! Be warned........

If you are looking for a frustrating experience, this is the company for you. Once they get your money you can't check the status, change or cancel your order. My order displayed "processing" for a week straight even though I paid for 2 day shipping. The live chat feature is not "live"... it's dead!. The only response you will ever get is the standard automated "all our operators are busy" They ask you to leave a message and they will get back to you (when hell freezes over) If I could rate this company a negative star, I would!!!
