Beautiful Treatment came to my vendor and did my bridesmaid's and my hair and makeup. Everyone looked so amazing! They were so professional and fast which put my mind at ease. I was afraid that we wouldn't start on time but they were perfect. Thanks for your help. I will definitely send a bunch of people to you.

But I adore this place. I'm really relaxed after leaving and it is a great home away from home.

My experience was great! I received a manicure and pedicure. I also received a wash and trim for my hair. The young lady who came to my home was very friendly and fast. She did a great job too! I will be calling again.

I had a wonderful experience! I received a massage in my home with a manicure and pedicure as a gift for my bday. It was very relaxing and convenient. The ladies who came to our home were on time and did a super job. I would recommend the spa services to anyone and I will be getting my hair and makeup done for an event coming up soon.

Very disappointed in the lack of follow through; I feel very jipped. My experience with this company was very similar to the other reviews listed here. I was promised extras because appointments were missed and after several days of taking off early to make it to the scheduled appointments - they were missed by the employee of Beautiful Treatment. I was finally ignored and never have received a phone call back. Very disheartening because I felt more than accomodating to their schedule.

This is an extremely unprofessional company. I have experienced the same careless attitude here as the other reviewers.



I would never recommend anyone to this business. Just go somewhere, anywhere, else! Worst "salon" experience ever!

Ladies Tiffany Dillard one of the stylists of beautifultreatments.com is unprofessional! Tiffany does not return calls or text messages!!!



I scheduled an appointment with Tiffany and agreed to meet at her home for a 6pm appointment. I paid for the sew-in with "Indian hair" package. She showed up after 8pm (two hours late) to her own home with a nonchalant apology! She does not stay focused on her work and will ask you to send messages on her phone for her to her boyfriend while she is doing your service!



After two weeks I and my co-workers so called "Indian hair" started to shed and tangle up really bad. My co-worker informed Tiffany of our problem through call and text and she sent back and “lol” message. After a week she offered to try and fix the hair we had or buy new hair and redo our sew-ins for free. I thought this was very professional of her. However, it took over two weeks for the hair to arrive and when it finally did she only gave us two appointment options. After all of this drama, I made an appointment with her to come to my home on a Thursday night at 11pm. Not only did she not show up but she did not return any of my calls or messages until the next day! She then agreed to do my hair the following day but then an ignorance of all of my messages repeated. It is now the following Monday and I still have not heard from her and will be taking the appropriate actions to remedy this situation.

Ladies PLEASE use beautifultreatments.com and Tiffany Dillard at your own risk!! I am all for supporting women and black owned businesses but she is truly giving us a bad name with her lack of professionalism. Don’t be cheated like I was and find someone that will appreciate your business.



I know they say you get what you pay for, especially with this being a recession but in this case the only thing you will receive is a headache. Don't go to beautifultreatments.com unless you want to waste your money!!!!
