Worst experience ever. After going several times I noticed that my shellac polish was chipping and turning colors after 3 days so I explained this to them on my 2nd visit and she said wipe with alcohol so I did after this appointment. NO LUCK.. The straw was after 3 days of a new set the whole shell came off my nail. I was extremely disappointed so I went back today to have Lei fix it. After waiting 30 mins she was ready for me. I mentioned my nails still chipping and turning colors and she said alcohol again. I explained to her and asked her to fix it. After several tries with alcohol or acetone but still no luck. I requested the owners name and phone number and she immediately said no. I asked if she could have them call me, so she begin talking to a guy worker in there. The guy worker comes over and I assume he tells her to try it again because she does. So he then asks what do I want to do. I tell him all I want is the nails fixed and he said NO we give you the money back. I said ok. I did not understand why it was so hard to fix but didn't worry about it. I asked Lei could I have still have the information regarding the manager.they immediately became rude, requested my ID and I asked why he said to give my money back. I was not comfortable with this idea but against my better judgement I did. He does the unthinkable , gives my ID to a customer that's getting a pedicure. I immediately request my ID back. He tells me she will write it for him??? Long story shortened. after getting my money back I write down the business info and Lei tells me you can't do that. 1. He gave my ID to a complete stranger 2. He took a picture of my ID without my permission with his camera phone 3. They denied the request to correct the problem 4. They would not give me the name of the manager/ owner 5. Smahed my hand in the door tring to stop me from leaving. So I'm sorry I can't do what... On my way out of the business he is walking so close that I felt like he was going to do something to me. When I reach the door I noticed he had his phone out and I asked what he was doing. He snapped yet another picture. I am soooooooooooo upset that they never have to worry about seeing me again in their business .
