We hosted a private party for my daughter's birthday here today, and we could not be more thrilled! The rink looked great, really decorated for Christmas, so that was a fun bonus. The best part of it, though, was the employees. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the entire experience from the first phone call to the employees thanking everyone as we left. What an awesome staff who was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. I would send anyone here! Thank you, thank you!

STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT KNOW WHICH IS MORE CRIMINAL - THE RINK OWNER/OPERATORS OR THE CAR THIEVES FREQUENTING THE UNLIT PARKING LOT! I witnessed drug deals both inside the rink and in the paring lot. This business is a criminal enterprise with a gun fight death count either unreported or about to be reported!

HORRIBLE, FRIGHTENING EXPERIENCE! My family went skating here Sat. night and had our vehicle broken into, along with five other vehicles -- the owner did not even make an announcement, and we did not find out until at least an hour after the break-ins happened. I still had my skates on when "the word got around within the rink about the cars being broken into" and my husband ran out to find our vehicle burglarized and the cops already there -- when I was waiting for my husband to come back in (I stayed inside with my young son) and was trying to ask the owner about what had happened, he was more concerned about fixing the "buzzing door" to let in more customers than he was with what had happened in his parking lot. Very dark, rundown lot, perfect place for thieves -- we should have known better. DO NOT GO HERE.

I have to say that when I threw my daughters 8 year birthday party at Bear Creek Rink,I was very very impressed with the way that they handled the whole party,from getting all the kids together for the skating to make sure everybody had what they needed to getting the food and drinks and decorations together,they were very good,I recommend them 100% and probably will have another party there soon because my baby, she and all her friends and family members loved it.
