Provided by YP.comI first want to say that I have been a customer of Bear Creek Car Wash for years. The quality has gone down in the last 6 to 8-months and then on Saturday, January 10, 2009, my car was stolen right after it came out of the wash bay tunnel. It was parked under the canopy to be dried off and then waxed. The employees did not even look (all on video) or attempt to see if the person that walked up to my car and got in had the ticket receipt or even then ask why a car that was to be waxed just drove off without even being dried off. This is all on video and reported to the Harris County Sheriff's Department. I wish I was joking about this.
Hi, my names Jamie and I was there the day this happend. I had only worked there for a little over a week. I could not believe this happend and Im SOO sorry. I wish that they would have done more to help you or prevent this from happening. I do agree on the part about it has went down hill in the past several months. I wish you luck!
