I have been to multiple shops in Houston but I have not found a place that does quality work without trying to break your bank account. Owner is fair and honest about price and damage repairs. Even when insurance decided to stop paying for my car he gave a loaner car from shop at no cost. I refer my friends and family all the time. I highly recommend this shop

ATTENTION! This is the WORST body shop that I have ever been! TERRIBLE customer service and the owner gives ATTITUDE to customers! They are so nice at the beginning to get your business, they will say YES/OK to whatever you want. But when you actually do business with them, they delay your car's fixing time, never answer your call, never call you back, never show up in the body shop so you will never be able to reach him . They will lie to you and say your car will be ready tomorrow, but it actually WILL NOT be ready after 2 more weeks! If you want your money back for some reasons, I can tell you that you WILL NOT get your money back forever because they will keep pushing and ask you to come back later, but since the owner will never show up in the body shop and he will not answer your call, you will never get your money back! If you are lucky and reach him, he will give you a horrible attitude and tell you that he WILL NOT give you back your money and hang up on you! I am already a victim, I don't want any other people to be the next victim. So, I highly recommend you NOT to get your car fixed in this body shop (Bayou and City). If not, you will end up losing your time and money!
