The service here is awesome. I love the staff and treatments of my dogs. Also they have great food products. I will definitely come back.

The owner of Barks 5th Avenue is very unprofessional and its obvious she doesn't care about the place. Stay clear, for the safety of your pet.

I have asked over and over for this place to take videos of my dog playing in the back. The morning girl smiles in your face and says ok sure, but after 7 months of all the fakeness, and all of the unexplained marks my dog comes home with, IM DONE! And by the way....Penny is the worst trainer in the world and the groomers scream and holler at the dogs. Not to mention, they cant groom. They say Mans best friend is mean to the dogs, well so are they!!!!!!

I wont mention the last name, but Rover WAS a very large reddish brown lab mix. Extremely high separation anxiety. Was so-called "trained" at barks 5th. That dog loved his family so much and they all loved him. I know those kids miss their Rover. Im sure they are sorry for ever taking their dog to this place. This makes about the 5th dog that walked through their doors but did not walk out. Rover was dropped off for boarding. He became ill, 5 days went by without Rover eating and no one did anything about it. Then a kennel tech called the owner, Penny, to tell her that Rover was sick and needed immediate attention. Hours went by, supposedly, the owner of Barks went and checked on Rover, said he was fine. But he wasn't, he was lethargic, he looked bloated, and he would not eat. Days went by, owner of Barks took Rover to her vet ( supposedly ). Long story short, Rover is no longer on this earth, he was only 4 - 5 years old. There is no telling what was told to Rovers owner but I am quite sure it was not the truth!!! Rovers owners even had a credit card on file and said always seek medical attention if needed. Rover could have been saved!!!! DO NOT BOARD YOUR BELOVED PET AT THIS PLACE, ITS NOT SAFE

Learned a lot about feeding my 3 dogs the proper foods from this place. Great people, they really care.

Been coming to Barks for 15 years and I am always happy with the dogs grooming. Always great service. I really appreciate the how friendly and helpful everyone is here.

My dogs love coming here. You guys treat my pooches so great. I am always extremely satisfied! I would recommend to any pet owners. They won't be disappointed.

The trainers here love what they do and they take care of each and every dog as if it was their own. I greatly appreciate your program and what is has done for my dog.

I brought my baby in for training and they took the time to expose her to daycare, walks in unfamiliar places and the infamous "place" position. She's doing excellent with all of the components she learned in her training program. :) Thank you.

I just moved here from Conroe. I needed daycare for my dog and checked out 5 different places in the Cypress area. Barks was the cleaniest place as well as the least expensive. Huge area for the daycare dogs. Seperate rooms for the big or little ones. I LOVE the place and the way they take care of Rocky. They are on 1960 now...wrong address in listing. Go there. You and your dog will enjoy compared to the others that I checked out.
