I took my 6 month old daughter yesterday for her first check up and was very displeased. There were 2 receptionist and one kept coughing without covering her mouth. First thing I noticed was there was no floor. Just concrete. The place was empty which should've been my first sign to turn around and leave. After I filled out paperwork the LITERALLY walked me over to the other side of the waiting room where they had a cheap table covered in a cheaper pink plastic party cloth. There were two folding chairs facing each other and I was directed to sit in one. The dental assistant who was also the receptionist asked me if I knew how much my daughter weighed. I replied no. She asked me to sit my baby on a freaking scale (like the square one you stand on in your bathroom). I couldn't believe it. I immediately started thinkin about GERMS. she didn't offer to help, or at least lay down some toilet paper before I put my daughters clean clothes on that scale. Not wanting to be rude I stood my baby on the scale smh.. Then I sat in the chair waiting on the dentist. He finally came from the back and I was expecting him to ask me to come on back to a more private setting. Even though no one was in the office I felt very exposed. To my surprise he walked over and sat in the chair in front of me so that we were facing each other. He then asked me to lie my daughter in my lap to where her head would lie in his lap!! He used a cheap little paintbrush tool and wiped it across my baby's teeth. Told me she had no cavities and to come back in 3 months. I was DISGUSTED!!! I want to report them to ADA. they should all be fired and arrested because it looks border line illegal how they run their office. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DAUGHTER BACK! besides the fact that they're literally next door to a liquor store this place was just noooot for us. Or you. So don't go. Steer clear.
