I called to request a truck to shop. Me and some friends all wanted to shop. I was asked how much benefits do I get per month. When I responded just under $100 because I work, I was told that they "don't come out for the smaller amounts". My friends and I ALL get benefits. It's 5 of us and we ALL were going to shop and even some of the neighbors. Smh. I learned that Bags and Boxes are only after the people with the most to lose. Bad business, Bags and Boxes! EVERY customer SHOULD matter.

Out of all the food trucks they are on time prices are always lower snd there customer service skills are great

I have been with them for years and love them and their service... They are always on time and very understanding and respectful.

I like the fact that they come when you order and are very honest about timing and there promteness.

When our company schedules a delivery and the consusmer is told up front by the switchboard the documents needed upon the delivery and that the person on the benefits has to be present inorder to shop on the truck. When this does not happen and the person is gone and expects someone other than the actual recipent to sign our company will refuse to service that consumer. Bags and Boxes Mobile Grocery does not participate in fraudulent activity. IF you do not know your information, nor have legal documentation you will not be able to shop with this company. This is to protect you the consumer as well as the company.

great company I wouldn't use any other...No problems they are professional and come out the same day you call if you call early.

I've never had any issues with this truck. Very friendly. Great service. They are very considerate during school hours which I love and as well as working with you on different situations. Lovem!!

I love this truck, I been shopping with them for a while now and i have never had any problems with them. They have excellent customer service, great prices, fresh foods, always come when they say they are, and if you email them your order they give you 5% off, NO other truck does that. this is the best food truck to buy from!!!!!!!!!

I love bags and boxes my number mobile grocery van nobody can beat their services. They have a wide range of foods to choose from other mobile trucks only have Sam's items.

Hi my name is Tiffany I shop with them every month for the past 2 years never had a problem with them they never took nothing off my card unless you owe them and they will tell you the first time you shop with them if you try to cancel the card after u shop with them they will find out and take all of your benefits so just pay and u will have that problem I love me some bags and Boxes

These people will steal all of your food stamps. I have NEVER used the company and some how they got my info and stole $375 this month and $580 a time before. I called to tell them and the answered then hung up on me and blocked me from calling. DO NOT use this company. They are THIEVES!!!

these people are robbing families left nd right im getting a lawyer and takingg action they cannot keep stealing from people if any body actually reads these low lifes reviews im going to exspose them for who they are so if you read reviews before using them dont they will take your benifitts from you so im gooing to do every i can to catch these thieves **** THEIVES***** TAKE IT TO AKIN IM PUTING THESE GUYS ON THE NEWS DONT USE THEM JUST A FRIENDLY WARNING

Great people...I used them for service and they did a fantastic job...FOOD IS FRESH AND LARGE PORTIONS...i'll definitaley be using bags and boxes again...thank you

I dont know what some of you are talking about you must have burnt the company at some point by cancelling your card and thinking you can steal from the them. I have shopped with this company since they opened in 2009 they are always there for my kids and not once have they ever taken anything from me. It makes it hard on people who need thier service when people such as yourselves try to be shady.

They continue to take off tour card even if u don't order from them then they wanna say ppl charge their cards but I didn't so what's they excuse little Do they know I have reported thembto the Texas attorney general and I will b trying to see what else I can do to stop them

Dont know what happen. We were faithful customers since 08-09. They always took exactly how much we spend. Never had any problems until one month we called and they told us they didnt want our business anymore. We didnt owe yall anything and vice versa. So what happen?

Mrs. Deborah you say I tried to steal from yall by changing my card right. But unbeknownst to you I have family that worked for a food truck so I know that you can still get the money by my case number duh. Any tIme your card dont swIpe you must get a new one. In thIs case the owner saId he was gone check to make sure I dIdnt owe any one, and next thIng I knew your truck was at my house the next mornIng. But that to the side ya'll fruaded me by stealing from me and my kids $450. I know the BIBLE says don't offend people in him and don't suffer the kids. Youv all have managed to do both. Stealing from the needy when yall clearly don't need it, is messed up. Rich getting richer off the poor. Something is wrong with that. I pray for a HEAVEN felt change for people that misuse us. The first shall be last.

I like to start off the delivery guys were awesome. I only used them once. I will like to say I would never use them again it has been 3 years that I have not use them and I am still getting money taken off my lonestar card. Money that goes to my kid's. Supposly they believe in God but they would not be stealing from people that don't have nothing. This month they took 425 from my card and this month's is my baby's birthday so in other word's they took my baby's birthday away. You should be ashamed of what you do taken from people that have nothing. That is why we get approve for foodstamps cause we are low income family. But God sees everything just rember that next time you take from a family.

Do not do business with this company! I used them almost a year ago and I am regreting it to this day. Let me start off by saying that the service from the truck was good...the drivers were very helpful and courteous...but that's where the compliments end...some of the meat I received was spoiled and I was charged for some items that I did not receive..i called to complain and was told they would fit me in the next week to replace the items...however when I called the next week to see when they were coming out I was told they had no idea what I was talking about and hung up on. Now I do admit I cancelled my lone star card because I was not about to pay for food I didn't receive/couldn't use. Fast forward a few months and after repeated emails (which I didn't mind...after all I did owe them) and a rather threating visit from their owner (or so he says he was) they finally got their money by taking it out of my account using my case number and personal info (since they didn't have my new lone star card number) now I normally couldn't complain...like I said I owed them...whether they provided good service or not, however they took $200 more than what I owed them. They took all my food stamps leaving me with $3 on my card...oh well, matter closed...good riddance on both parts right? WRONG! This month, almost a year after first doing business with them, they went back in, using my case number and info again, and STOLE $603 of my food stamps! Now I know I may have done them wrong in the beginning, but they were more than paid back months ago. So what right do they have to go back and STEAL from me? I have called numerous times with no answer and emailed with no response. This time I will be prosecuting this to the full extent...cause this is theft. Please do not deal with this company, cause if you give them your case number, ssn, and dob (which they require you to give them) they can access your benefits at any time without proof of consent or reason (hhsc told me this directly) so steer clear!
