My daughter had several issues with the Humble store and could not get any help from the on-line customer service people. But we were able to get the issue resolved two days later with the 1960W location. Thank you to Shayna for her help.

I have less than two weeks left of my pregncacy and my Tia orders me a stool but has it scheduled for pick up at the wrong location. I call to see if I could just pick up at the store near me and am refused. I do not have the energy to drive all over Houston to pick up an item before it gets sent back to the warehouse or whatever they do with it if it is not picked up soon enough. Wish they would work with pregnant mothers better than what they do!! After all.....they are Babies R US!

Put an item on layaway and they sold it. Said they'd reorder one because it was the last one they had, then they cancelled the transaction the day after it was paid for. 2 weeks later and my credit card is still not credited. These people don't know what they are doing. Don't shop there!!

Ok so I have 2 little girls about to start school and I wanted to buy them desks to do schoolwork etc. I go online to check out what toys r us has and find the perfect desk for them called Step2 Deluxe Art Master Desk with Chair.looks perfect so I call the store to see if they have 2 in stock & got put on hold for I kid you not 1/2 hr. got frustrated called back and the phone rang for another 1/2 hr. So I drive up there to see if they have any found 2 tickets by the desk I wanted grabbed them went to the register to be shuffled to the "help desk" (yea right) the girl there tells me they dont have any in back so I ask if they have any on the floor she is like "did you see any?" I said no I always thought if you had the tickets you had the item so I go back to where i got the tickets looked up saw one in a box and one as a display i ask if they will part with the display and they refused so if you are looking to make your child happy or get customer service dont go here.
