Provided by SuperpagesThe worst customer service ever! I am unable to get anyone on the phone to check on my order. I bought a bike there on Dec. 2nd and they said it would be 48-72 hours to assemble. It is now Dec. 16th and I have still not received a call that it was ready. There is no hold music or recording so you never know when you have been hung up on which has happened a few times. Management needs to train the staff and take notice. I will never buy anything from the Westheimer store again!
