This company is unprofessional, unethical and possibly unlawful. The lady at the front wouldn't let me see the condition of my car until I paid the storage fees. I asked if it was drivable and she wouldn't answer, but the officer that found the car told me it was when he dropped it off. So I paid and then when I saw it was not drivable because the front end was dangling - likely damaged while at the lot. Clearly it wasn't drivable. I needed to turn it over to my insurance company, and she refused to refund my money.

My friend and my car where both towed on 3/27/2015 and taken to B&B Storage. We took a taxi there and were dropped off. Alfredo was working the window and was very rude right from the beginning...raising his voice and treating us like we were stupid because we both stepped in the gate at the same time. He knew our taxi had driven away when he informed us that my car would be $225.80 and he was accepting cash only because his machine was down until morning. The signs clearly stated on the building

(which we took pictures of) that they "must" accept credit cards...when I told him I didn't have cash and asked him what to do...he just shut the window in my face. Eventually, he told me there was an ATM about a mile away. I have just broken my foot and I am wearing a walking cast and I am not supposed to put weight on my foot. I told him this and he said it wasn't his problem. My son and daughter walked to the ATM and back, while I stood on my foot and the cold and he watched out the window. It took about an hour for them to get back. Once back with the money, my friend went first...he put his money up through the window assuming there was a ledge because that is how it looks from standing down below and the money dropped to the ground and Alfredo went crazy mad yelling and screaming. He demanded my friend to come inside...we had no idea what he was going to do to him and it was scary. He made him get down on the ground and pick up the money. He then informed us that he had no change...we each owed $225.80 and got $240.00 out of the ATM machine. Alfredo kept the rest but wrote us both receipts that he received $225.80. Then he buzzed me through the door alone and told me to walk to the farthest possible spot on the lot and get my car. I asked him to please let me get my son and he said no...if I wanted my car I had to walk to get it...I kept reminding him that my foot was broken. Finally he asked me what was in my car that I was going to accuse him of stealing...which is why he thought I wanted him to go get my car. I assured him there was nothing and I wasn't going to accuse him. I finally got my car and so did my friend...but he continued to he rude until the very end. I also do not understand why we were each charged for storage when we beat our cars to the storage and watched them come in.

Stay away from this so called "business". Best way to lose your money is to get involved with these people.

very UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, people there are Rude, they don't even know how to answer the phone professionally. They Don't even deserve a one star.

This storage lot is only open from 9 to 5 which inconvenience the customer they were very u professional no one answer the phones I do t know how they get to tow cars or stay in business they do not tell customers their work hours I went to get my car at 7 and the owner was there but he say he as closed and I would have to come back at 9 am or I needed to schedule a pick up but sign reads open 24 hours I think this is a rip off and I will report this service

This is absolutely worst company I have ever met in my life.

First of all their price are incredible, Secondly they stole everything, radar, mobile phone mp3 player and money which were inside.

I strongly do not recommend to use their service
