needed a lot of copies for something for church to pass out the following Sunday. I came to the gentleman who works here and ask him about making copies. I needed a sheet reduced in size and he couldn't do that. I said I understand and I will go home and reprint it smaller and be back soon. He said that that would be fine and he's opened for almost another two hours. I went home reprinted things in a smaller size and came back within 20 minutes. The entire building was closed all the lights were off and the door was locked. I called the number for the business and went to voicemail I left a voicemail letting the gentleman know that I had come there to print the copies that we discussed. As I was pulling out of the parking lot now down to the busy street there he was it come out of the building and was on his cell phone chatting away to whomever. Perhaps the same person he was talking to when I showed up and he was on the phone and made me wake to speak to him while he talked on his personal cell phone for a moment. I just felt it was very rude that he said he would be open and then he locked his business after I left. To the owner, you will never have any idea how many copies I needed and you will never have any idea what it would be like to have me as a customer or a repeat customer. I will not come back I will not refer anybody and I hope others will read this before coming.
