I order 11 trophies from here and got a message they were ready. I went to pick them up 2 weeks later and they could not find my order or my trophies. The guy helping me said he would call me if he couldn't find them and make sure that they were ready for our team party if he had to stay there all night to get them made. I never heard from him and our team party was the next day. The boys were very disappointed not to have their trophies at their team party. I tried going back to see if they would make it right but after standing there for 10 min. hearing a personally conversation going on over the phone instead of being helped I decided to walk out. they have the worst customer service around and are undependable. Do NOT go here for Trophies!
