My truck would not pass the state inspection. The guys at Autorite turned me on to this state funded program called Air Check Texas and got my truck fixed up with a new sticker quick. I saved almost $600.00. Thanks again guys.

The M Benz C 250, 2013 looks and drive like it has not been to a wreck. Highly recommend . Nice to deal with friendly and helpful people there.

I've have never been to a worst auto shop than this one. Everyone is super rude, they are liars about the repairs, and I am sure that have committed fraud to many customers. The owner Owen, Matt (Manager), and the Caucasian assistant are pretty depressing. See the link below from the Business Bureau and you can tell who they are. It is what it is and you CANNOT trust Asians, but more specifically mechanics from Taiwan, China. It is sad because there may be exceptions, but it is the truth. Most of them are the same: Aggressive, Liars, Scammers. They only care about making $$$.

This is the worst place you can ever go for Auto Repair. Everyone is so rude, especially the owner and an assistant called "Sunshine." These guys literally have no clue on how to run a business,. It is embarrassing that the owner thinks he is always right, not the customers but him all the time! Believe me, THEY ARE A SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. BE CAREFUL!

Send my Lexus to Auto Rite (Owen's shop) last Friday, April 18, 2014, where I had their service in the past 6 years, I am pretty content and satisfied with the service and skills they performed. They delivered their service promptly but professionally. I trust Autorite to work on my cars not only for the reasonable pricing, but also for the equal level of mechanical skills and knowledge compare to the car dealership (Lexus and Infiniti) they performed. Not to mention, they are experienced in dealing with major auto insurance companies, and I don't have to make an appointment in advance!

I will recommend Auto Rite to all my friends and as a matter of fact, I did send some of my friends over and they were happy too.

In the last four years, I have taken three cross country road trips: Northeastern and Canada in 2010 (5300 miles), Yellowstone national park and more in 2012 (5200 mi) and Key West in 2013(3200 mi), all with my 2001 Honda Odyssey. Now the minivan has 145,000 miles on it. Before each trip, I took the car to Autorite for a pre-trip checkup and tune up. For long road trips, the most concerned part is a potential car breakdown in a middle of nowhere. I cannot say I did not have worries, but I can honestly say I had a peace of mind with each trip because I had my car inspected and serviced by Autorite. That is the trust and confidence I have with Autorite for each of my long trips.

I also have a 2011 Honda CRV, bought as brand new. Except for the first free oil change by the dealer, I have never gone to other shops besides Autorite, again, because I trust Autorite.

I had once a car accident on my 1998 Honda Civic (sold in 2012 with 201,000 miles) which resulted in damage to the rear bumper. The insurance initially just wanted to have the bumper repaired. I left the car to Autorite for them to deal with the insurance. I was pleasantly surprised that Autorite was able to replace the bump on that old car with dealer’s genuine new part all covered by insurance.

Do I get a discount from Autorite? No. I wish I could receive a discount as their loyal costumer, but that is not what I really look for (for sure I will definitely love to receive discounts). What attracts me to and makes me stay with Autorite for the last 7 years is the trust, mutual respect, their courteousness and definitely the high quality of service.

This is NOT a good place to go...

This is NOT a good place to go to get your car fixed. They tell you one thing over the phone and then when you get to the shop to pick up your car its another price. It seems like they are into insurance fraud. The owner Owen tells you that he does not know what's really going on. Dude you're the owner of the shop and you mean to tell me youre not aware of what your employees are doing? I went in one particular day and I was picking up my car. He was telling me to look at it and make sure everything seemed to be okay. We were walking around my car and some lady walked up and statring speaking in their language and he just left me standing out there waiting on him to finish with her. I will never ever go back there again. Their customer service is not up to par. Bruce is very rude and racist. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

SCAMMERS!!!

This shop is a SCAM. I took my car to this shop to have them diagnose some issues with my car. After the diagnosis, the following issues were found:



1. Serpentine belt

2. Left Side axle

3. Air Filter

4. Cabin Air Filter

5. Transmission Flush

6. Injector service

7. Replace 2 tires

8. Alignment

9. Seatbelt



Since I do not have a good understanding of what's needed to be fixed, I told the shop to send a copy of the estimate to my son, who's more knowledgeable about cars, and wait for further instructions. They sent the estimate thru email and my son took a look and determined items 1,2,5,and 6 should be fixed. My son called back the shop to try to tell them what we want to have it fixed. Bruce picked up the phone and told my son that they have already started working on the car and that most of the items are either fixed or in the progress of getting it fixed. Bruce said the only things that can be stopped are the alignment (item 8) and seatbelt (item 9). OK, fine. My son told them to finish everything else but DO NOT fix item 8 and 9. Bruce agreed. Later in the afternoon, the owner, Owen, called and explained why item 8 and 9 needs to be fixed and again, I told him to call my son. He called my son around 6, 6:30pm and explained to him. My son told him he understands the reasons BUT STILL DO NO WANT THEM FIXED. The next morning the car was ready to pick up so I went and picked up the car. The bill was $300 MORE than what my son told me last night. So I thought maybe my son and Owen have reached an agreement to all the repair and went ahead and paid the bill. I called my son and told him about this and he was shocked! He said he NEVER AGREED to fix item 8 and 9 and told him numerous time NOT TO FIX IT. THEY WENT AHEAD AND FIXED THEM AND CHARGED ME FOR IT WITHOUT HAVING US AGREE ON!!! This in no way is right to do business. I blame myself for not knowing enough about cars and parts that ultimately was scammed by this shop. And they took advantage of me by pushing me to do the repairs and lied about the agreement they had between my son and them.
