Went for the first time for service on my 2013 GS corvette. Horrible and i mean horrible experience. Service very un professional and could not get a hold of anyone the next day over the phone. Will never go to agin.

Took car into Body shop for repair. They do not contact you to inform of status at all. All contact was initiated by me. They were 3 days behind on repair which I would not have known if I hadnt called them. The work was quality work but communication and delays are disappointing. It was like dealing with a Mom & Pop shop, not a nationally backed shop. It has to improve before I go back there.

I called the service dept to check if my vehicle had a recall since I received a letter. I been told not all vehicles have the recalls. I spoke to robert he was so rude on the phone hangs up on so I called back had all my information ready and he tells no recalls. I didn't like his customer service so I called a different dealership this dealership had great customer service and end up ordering the parts for the recall over the phone. My vehicle did have the recall after all. I would never recommend autonation they have the worst customer service they don't appreciate their job. They are always in a bad mood and never update customer on the status of their vehicles.
