they did not allow me to drive ,I did not see this car,after I signed the contract I saw the car ,there was a dent on the car, scratch in backside of the car,some screws have dust on it,it looks like not brand new car,stop light was not working as well..

they are not honest and trustable, be careful

I took my car in for an oil ch...

I took my car in for an oil change and waited like a hour before it was finished. Right after I just drove home and parked the car till the following day. After driving the car to and from work i noticed a big oil spill on my driveway and opened the hood only to see the whole engine compartment full of oil. Theres was oil coming out my front grille and everything was full of oil. Well it turns out the genious technician forgot to put the oil cap back on when he finished my oil change. The cap was placed right next to the left headlight and completely forgotten. I called first thing in the morning the next day and explained what happened and these people wanted me to DRIVE my car back after losing almost all the oil. They managed to get a tow truck to come and get it after i refused to drive it in like that. After going up to the dealership and talking to the manager it seemed like it really wasn't a big deal to them and only needed a clean up and new oil change. You would think they would try their best to satisfy the customer after they made a huge mistake. After waiting 2 hours for them to clean up my car, the manager brought it out thinking he had done a great job. Well he was wrong i pointed out everything they STILL did wrong and got them to do it again. It just seemed like they couldn't do it anything right. BEWARE of these sloppy people...

Worst Service Ever!

Back 6 years ago I bought a defective Impala from Gulf Chevrolet in Houston. When I went in to the dealership to talk to the General Manager, he was not there. Instead, I talked to the Sales Manager and when I left I saw him and other associates laughing at me. If your interested in buying a car, please chose one that will treat you with respect and dignity, especially when you have a problem with your newly purchased car.

I had a great experience when purchasing my new pick-up truck.I met a sales associate Mr.Mario Henriquez whom i find him to truly be a man at heart & cares about his customer.Mario was able to meet my needs and answer any question I ask of him.Mario was patience with me & did not rush me in making a decision in purchasing my new truck.I was impressed by the way that Mario handle my sale that i had my sister in law to go & she also purchased a new car as well.Again hats off to Sir Mario .

I really love this dealership. They are very courteous and professional. One service specialist, Marcus Hernandez, always solves any car needs that I have. A few days ago, he had my new 2011 equinox picked up from my house because I was ill, serviced it, washed it, and returned it to my home all od it with patience, courtesy, and a friendly, professional manner. I appreciate this. That is why I have bought three cars from this dealersip.

Champion Mitsubishi is the Worst Dealer of Houston.. Car value went from : $7999 to $18,000 ..I'v been car shopping for the last 2 weeks, all around the city, from the big chains to the little car dealers with a few cars, and I can assure you Champion gave me the worst deal and the worst customer service.



First, that publicity they have “over 50 cars below $5000.00” it’s a lie, they only have 1 car below $5000, and when we asked them about it they just changed the subject.

Then the sales person: didn’t knew how to use the computer and the dealer system, and had to ask help to anyone around him to answer our questions so it was a slow, slow service.., I understand he was new, but you expect they would train their sales persons before leaving them alone with customers.



The car we liked, they had it for $7999.00, the car had many scratches they said they would not fix, and the gas lid didn’t open by any way, “they didn’t notice that before” and they didn’t say if they were going to fix it or not, they were very smart changing the subject again..



And finally the worst part, I filled out the application, and they made us wait, I’m not lying: 1 HOUR, we were just there watching tv, waiting and waiting and waitiiiiing, and the dealership was empty.. But we liked the car, so we gave them a chance, and then, they finally come with their plan/offer: $18,000 total price for the car.. From $7999.00 to $18,000.. We just stand up and left, after wasting around total 1:40 minutes of our lives.

This Dealership doesn't even deserve one star because the way they do business. We recently were approved for a loan at this Dealership and we told them up front $ 1500 down we could afford. So the Dealer comes back and says I'm sorry we need $2500 down to complete this sale. We think about it and tell them work with us it's only $ 1000 Difference. They told us I'm sorry we can't help you. What kind of Dealership is that when they couldn't even work out a deal over $ 1000. If they really wanted a sale they would have done it. I didn't appreciate their lack of trying and I wouldn't ever recommend this Dealership to Anyone. The people that work for this Dealership are Very Rude and Obnoxious and need to take a Class in Communication. THIS DEALERSHIP IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.

I bought a car a few years ago I was met with facts honesty and also was given 2 tanks of gas with my new car. I'm concedering buying a second car from champion Chev. I was met with the same treatment this time and a offer of 5 tanks of gas.

I bought a Equnox in 2008 I was driveing back from Kansas back home to Houston, Texas. When the Air conditioner stopped cooling then I heard a loud pop I got out opened the hood, and found that the freon was spuing out of my system though it was a hot ride home we took it back to Champion Chev. the dealer I bought it from I was a little past my warrenty mile and had been quoted on the road $480.00 to fix it. When I got to My original dealer (Champion) they told me that they would fix it for free due to the fact it over, but close to warrenty miles. Thank you Champion.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!

We contacted Champion Chevrolet/Mitsubishi Gulf Freeway @ 877-634-2675 regarding this listing. I spoke to Alma twice in 1 day to confirm that this car was on the lot before we drove 2 hours to look at it. On that same day we drove there to look at the vehicle & were told that it was loaned out to someone, but that they didn't get approved for the loan, so they would be returning it that evening. Rick Gonzalez the ecomm mgr (Rick Gonzalez: 281-745-3194 or email gonzaleza1@autonation.com) told us that we needed to put a deposit on this vehicle because so many other people were inquiring about it, but no one had put a deposit on it. So we did, he said that if when we viewed the vehicle we didnt like it our deposit would be returned, & that this would guarantee the car was ours if we liked it. Well, after 1 week of excuse after excuse...the car never turned up. I would be willing to bet it doesn't even exist. I just really want to save people their gas & time, because these people are liars & a joke.

Champion Chevrolet Gulf Freeway are the biggest bunch of crooks in the entire car business. I have a lawyer looking into them now. They came and took my new car in the middle of the night before my first payment was even due. They never even turned my paperwork into "Drive Financial" out of Dallas. Their financing people want you to only call them on their cell phones because they don't want other people in the dealership to be able "to hear what they are saying." I have a valid, signed contract and they are pretty much going to get burned. They have their secretary Edith call and say she is "Lois" just to get you to come in on a "approved loan." Then when I got their to meet with "Lois" she was in a "staff meeting" at 3:00 PM on a Saturday. IDIOTS. The Better Business Bureau has them listed as Unsatisfactory. That is a lot nicer of a word then I want to use!!

BEWARE OF FALSE PROPHETS. THEY LURE YOU IN WITH FALSE PROMISES, IN FACT THEY LET YOU TAKE HOME THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK AND JUST AS YOU GET USED TO IT, THEY CLAIM THAT THEY COULD NOT SECURE FINANCING FOR YOU AND THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING BACK THE VEHICLE. THEN THEY WANT YOU TO WAIT FOR YOUR DEPOSIT. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH ANY GAS IN THE VEHICLE, IN FACT THE LOW FUEL LIGHT WAS ON WHEN WE TOOK THE VEHICLE AND REFUSED TO PUT ANY GAS IN. THEY CLAIMED THEIR GAS PUMP WAS NOT WORKING. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS ESPECIALLY MIKE CLAY OF SPECIAL FINANCE. THERE IS NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT THEIR FINANCING OR CHAMPION.
