On 10-15-21 the bus that went from IAH to Laredo, TX lost a tire on it's way from what a relative that was traveling on that bus told me. I have not been able to communicate with him which is why I was calling the phone number to get updates but they do not answer their phone lines. After several rings the phone disconnects. Disappointing customer service!
